    Hey, they’re mutants — they’re ALL intimidating! Isn’t that the plot engine of the whole series, Mutants Scare Me, Must Kill Mutants?

    yeah, pretty much. Although the comic books are much better at reinforcing the idea that prejudice and persecution are bad things
